Operator and service
PanoOrbit is operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. PanoOrbit provides software for real-estate workflows including property presentation, 360 degree virtual tours and related business features. Features may evolve over time.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service only if you have authority to act for the relevant business or account. You are responsible for users you invite, permissions you grant and activity occurring through your account except to the extent caused by PanoOrbit.
Subscriptions and monthly billing
Paid PanoOrbit subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis unless a purchase screen expressly states otherwise. Current price, included limits, taxes if applicable and payment terms are displayed before purchase. A subscription may renew monthly where recurring billing has been enabled and authorised through the applicable payment flow. You may cancel future renewal through the available account/payment process or by contacting support. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters and are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Trials and plan limits
Any free trial is for evaluation and may be limited by duration, properties, features, storage, branches or other usage controls. PanoOrbit may prevent repeated trial abuse. Paid and trial access may be restricted when a subscription expires, is cancelled, remains unpaid or exceeds applicable limits.
Customer content and permissions
You retain your rights in property data, photographs, 360 degree media, floor plans, branding and other content you submit. You grant PanoOrbit a limited right to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content, including permissions relating to properties, people, trademarks and copyrighted media.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PanoOrbit for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or privacy-invasive activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or plan limits, interfere with service operation, scrape restricted data or introduce malicious code.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
- Do not use another agency's or customer's information without appropriate authority.
AI and automated features
Where PanoOrbit provides AI-assisted answers or automated outputs, those outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, financial, valuation or other professional advice. Agencies remain responsible for verifying property facts, pricing, availability and customer-facing statements before relying on them.
Third-party services
PanoOrbit may integrate or depend on third-party software and services, including open-source components, payment gateways, hosting/storage and mapping or communications providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Open-source notices are available on the Third-Party Licenses page.
Intellectual property
Except for customer content and third-party materials, PanoOrbit and its original software, branding, website content and product design are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PanoOrbit to customers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, suspected misuse, legal requirements or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal. Data availability following termination may be limited, so customers should export information they are required to retain where export functionality is available.
Service availability and disclaimers
PanoOrbit is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular sales result, search ranking, lead volume or property conversion rate.
Liability and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be liable for indirect or consequential losses merely because they were foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer/statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability provisions will be interpreted subject to applicable Indian law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum that applicable law requires, disputes relating to PanoOrbit will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Parties are encouraged to contact support@panoorbit.com first to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@panoorbit.com.
