Who operates PanoOrbit
PanoOrbit is an independent real-estate technology startup based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. If the operating legal entity changes in the future, the relevant policies and customer-facing legal information will be updated.
Security and tenant isolation
Private agency operations are designed around authenticated access, roles and logical agency isolation. See the Security page for our current approach and customer responsibilities.
Privacy
We collect and process information needed to operate accounts, property tours, leads, support, billing and service security. The Privacy Policy explains categories, purposes, sharing, retention and requests.
Payments and refunds
Paid subscriptions are monthly. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the 48-hour request window, the 50% voluntary approved refund amount, cancellation and payment-provider processing. Payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than intentionally stored as raw payment credentials by PanoOrbit.
Open-source transparency
PanoOrbit uses open-source software, including Marzipano for 360 degree viewing functionality. We respect applicable third-party licence terms and maintain a Third-Party Licenses page rather than presenting third-party projects as PanoOrbit-owned technology.
Responsible product claims
PanoOrbit does not claim security certifications, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed SEO rankings, guaranteed lead volume or guaranteed property sales unless a specific written commitment expressly states otherwise. Product demonstrations and illustrative analytics should be understood as examples unless identified as verified customer results.
