Marzipano
PanoOrbit uses Marzipano to provide 360 degree panorama viewing functionality. Marzipano is an open-source project and is not owned by PanoOrbit. The Marzipano project is distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. PanoOrbit's commercial use of the applicable Apache-2.0-licensed version does not by itself make Marzipano a PanoOrbit product or imply that the Marzipano contributors endorse PanoOrbit.
PanoOrbit preserves copyright, licence and applicable NOTICE information required by the Marzipano version used in production. If PanoOrbit modifies files covered by Apache License 2.0 and distributes those modified files, applicable licence obligations, including notices of modification, will be followed. The exact licence files packaged with the production dependency are controlling for that dependency version.
Apache License 2.0 notice
Marzipano is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. PanoOrbit retains licence and applicable project notices with its dependency/compliance records and includes distributed licensed material where the licence requires it. Apache, Marzipano and their respective contributors do not provide warranties for PanoOrbit merely because PanoOrbit uses licensed software.
Website open-source dependencies
The PanoOrbit marketing website currently includes Next.js, React, React DOM and Lucide React, together with development/build dependencies. Each package is governed by its own licence. Package versions and transitive dependencies may change as the website is maintained. The licence terms included with the exact installed package version should be treated as authoritative.
Backend and infrastructure dependencies
The broader PanoOrbit application may use additional frameworks, SDKs, libraries and hosted services. Open-source software is governed by its licence; hosted commercial services are governed by their provider agreements. This page does not replace licence files or notices that must accompany a particular distributed component.
No transfer of third-party ownership
Third-party names, trademarks, software and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in PanoOrbit does not transfer ownership to PanoOrbit and does not imply affiliation, certification, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated by the relevant owner.
Compliance process
Before material production releases, PanoOrbit reviews direct and relevant transitive dependencies, pins production versions where practical, retains licence/NOTICE files required by those versions and updates this page when a dependency creates a material attribution requirement. This is particularly important when adding copyleft, source-available or commercially restricted software.

If you are a rights holder or project maintainer and believe an attribution or licence notice on PanoOrbit is incomplete, contact support@panoorbit.com with the project, version and requested correction so it can be reviewed.
